I received this order on the 13 January and immediately upon receiving this order realized the product was not in working function and let the supplier know immediately...also being aware that later that the Chinese holiday was approaching so I needed to ensure quick refund or return...The supplier refused to refund only to exchange a part, even though I preferred for them to pick up their defected product. on numerous attempts and now into the holiday they still not allowing refund and lots of time and business is lost on my side and to make matters worse I will have to pay taxes for this product in my country which is worth more than I paid for the product itself. I find that takealot doesn't see the needs to the buyer because I put in this complaint a long time ago...I have made numerous purchases on this platform.
